for those that are coming to cleavdon in 2 weeks for the meet

my dad just sent me a email along with a picture of the fish he has just caught and he is well pleased with himself

took just over half and hour to reel the fish in :y


don't forget if you coming to the meet to have a bit of a fish don't for get your licences :y

I would hazard a guess at around 15lb,although it is difficult to tell from a photo.nice looking fish.

my dad never said how heavy it was
he has been told there are quite a few like that and bigger :y

Great fun playing a fish like that on 5lb line,havent been fishing for years but just had some good memories looking at the photo.
got a pic of my son at home with a 23lb mirror that he landed,it got stuck in a patch of weed so he jumped in the lake and fetched it out of the weed and then carried it to the to the edge,not really a recommended method. ::)
