Note to self - don't buy a 400g bar of Dairy milk when they're on offer in the Co-op.  I've only had 1/2 a bar isn't much of an excuse

well tomorrow its the usual, sign on at 10-50, then into the pound shop, buy a huge packet of snowballs, teacakes & a bag of dog chews, come home & make a cuppa & crack open the snowballs, give the dogs their chews then feel ill by lunchtime due to o/d on snowballs

Jaffa Cakes are one of my favourites Pete as, strangely,  a diabetic like me can eat them as much as I like, so a whole box case full can soon disappear!! 8-) 8-)

I have a cup of tea.........one box disappears........I have another cup of tea.........another box goes.........then another cup of tea..............need I go on??!!

The 'experts' just say that is the one product we can eat without fear, but of course you still have to control the glucose
