my garage door just attacked me
was coming out after putting tools away and the wire on the door snapped and the door flattened me
dont head wounds bleed well
debating on going to A&E or see if it stops on its own

Whilst I agree, you can get a lot of blood from the smallest of wounds on the skull.  Can anyone have a look to see if anything nasty :-/

the cut is about 30mm long 4 mm wide and 4 mm deep

Head wounds are not to be taken lightley,
It sounds like a nasty gash and should be seen to,

Could have been worse Manta, it could have come down on the Mega and you can't get that fixed on the NHS .

  On a serious note though, you should always have head injuries looked at .

avoided injury though.
