mobo reliability vs temperature..
« on: 29 August 2009, 20:51:15 »

in the last 2 weeks I had problem with my main pc..

as the other 2 are busy repair was critical ..  tried many alternatives ..

then a new case, dvd , disk, power supply , ac cooler unfortunately break into the shopping list..(and a new cpu cooler also which was useless)  yeah very cheap ;D >:( >:(

main problem was the location of pc and the room temperature was 32 Celcius.. :-/

before had no time to battle..but the last 6-8 months after its location was changed reliability was awkward..

finally dropped the mobo and cpu temperatures to normal levels and reliability as usual.. :)

here is the new pc ;D ;D ;D

(piccy taken after some full work of cpu-cpu temp dropped quickly but mobo keep the temp some time)

If you don't have any sides on the case, then it doesn't matter how many fans you have because you won't be able to build up an airflow.

An ambient temp of 32°C isn't helping much, mainly because that means that the PC itself is at 32°C before you even switch it on.

Ditch the cheap case and buy a Lian Li, you'll see (and hear) the difference straight away.

yep.. thats correct .. no sides no air flow pattern..

but tried many combinations with both sides on, no solution achieved cause the fans was weak and too hot here.. however now I have one side.. and 220v fan make too much noise with holes so finally decided to go naked on one side..

and as for the good cases , I have one but is used for the camera system as it works 7*24..
