Pot Noodles
« on: 05 September 2009, 23:42:35 »

My mate went on about them a few weeks ago.  Specially about the Donor Kebab one.

Bought on of eachflave a couple of weeks ago.  Tried the Kebab one today and it was *****.  But to be fair I put the sauce on and that may have spoiled it for me.

Tonight I had the Southern Fried Chicken one, I must be a gluton for punihment, as I will never ever try that flavour again.

Havent had pot Noodles for years, it may well b years before I try them again. :-/

Had one about 25 years ago near the end of a 38 hr stretch - never allowed one to pass the lips again.

Met her in 1992 after she tried breaking back into her own house after she had been jogging and had forgotten her keys.

Made the fatal mistake of saying if ever I could be of hekp to let me know, 10 mins later she was round with a table lamp that wanted fixing.  That was at 1pm as I was having my fish anb chips after just coming home from work one saturday aternoon.  Said I would fix it and would b rady about 4pm.  4:55pm she was there at the door, she finally went home at 5am

She was bck round at noon th nextday, hadto send her on he way again at 5am as I needed to be at work for 6am.  Yes, 5.45 I came home, 5.55 she poped round, 5 am became a normal time to send her home for he 1st 2weeks  ::)

I have always thought of pot noodles as shredded cardboard with hot water and salt & pepper added for flavour. Disgusting. :)

pot noodles are good camping food, nice and easy! Taste good after a few beers in a tent, sober they are rubbish.
