Another big thumbs up for the boys at Wheels in Motion. Tony managed to squeeze me in at 5pm this evening, driving down the car felt horrid to drive, constantly fighting the wheel, pulling heavy to the left and felt very twitchy and nevous just plodding along at 60. Local town garage really fcked up the handling 

Got it on the Hawk Eye machine and straight away could see the toe was massively out, but also the caster value as well. WTF? They should never have adjusted that, and i had the sheet from previous WIM setting showing what i was, so they must have messed it up. 

Here is the before & after sheet, notice the toe & caster values:

Driving it back, was an absolute joy! The handling was spot on, straight as a bullet, cornered like it should again, smooth as silk 90+

Well worth the trip to fix what local garage messed up, best bit only got charged £46 as the rear was fine. I was spot on with the fuel estimate as well £20 return, considering my millage the tune up will pay for itself very quickly.

Chatting to Tony, he said they can fit replacement track rod ends no probs, considering we have 3 Omegas i might buy a pair, and every time one of ours goes for a tune up, chuck them in the back just in case.

last time I spoke to him, he was considering stocking them, steering idlers and wishbones.

would save a lot of wasted trips and a nice little earner

He said they can order them in, from his point of view he gets so many brands of cars not sure if its economical for him to stock all types  :-/

That said i will keep a spare set here

Ohh it is, very simple too. 4 bolts holding the front subframe in, they took all four out, couple of crow bars, pushed it forward, popped them back in. No idea why they adjusted that  :-/

Ah, that makes sense...but how the heck did it go out in the first place ?  :-?
My bespoke front springs arrived on Thursday, and I'll be fitting them tomorrow afternoon. Then I'll be on the phone to WIM. I have a race car preparation centre with full geo capability local to me and they're pretty good, but I want the full WIM treatment on this occasion.
It's gonna be at least a 300 mile round trip for me, but WIM know Migs better than anyone.
