Back to the subject!  This may be a tad overkill & expensive but you could go down the route of a slingbox and slinglink if you have spare plugs behind the tv. Although you may need a small shelf to put them on.

I would feed the Sky signal using a remote extender via RF. You will lose some quality over feeding RGB in via SCRT but you won't need a multiroom package or to gouge out the wall.

Could feed the DVD player via RF as well, I suppose. Might need an external modulator these days.

If your wife is anything like Mrs. KW you'll just get a blank look when you mention that the picture quality is a bit disappointing - so why bother?

aye for such a small distance conduit ive just done mine and the wall has patterned paper so we matched the pattern strips and glued them onto conduit,looks cock on
