Hi,

Whats the problems with it? Thought it needed cambelt/tyres etc, just the usual bits and pieces? Have you got any pics/info on Tax/MOT?

Cheers,
Iain

The (handwritten) reciept Diane had was for about £98, which isnt enough to buy a kit, let alone fitting. There is no evidence of it being done, other than seller's word.

At the time Simon I did not want one that had done 170k , but on hindsight I wish I had.
But we live and learn and a hard time is not what I need right now

Hate people that state things in the advert then offer no proof of work being completed, shocking. Don't see it as a reason to sell it though, looks a cracker and must be one of the last made, well worth getting it sorted, its a one off cost and you'll know it good for many miles more :y, would bite the bullet and keep it Diane!!

I've personally done both Head gaskets, cambelt kit, DIS, camcover gaskets - stat - the works, on my Omega, all within the last 3k.

I can't find any of the reciepts...... ::)

Di... Get the work done and keep it... It looks really nice :y :y

You will end up losing money if you sell it on now as your concerns have been aired ;) ;)

Just my opinion. Seller should be banned  as it does appear that the car was purchased in good faith and based on seller`s description which, to put it mildly, was misleading >:(

Can't find any of the history/receipts for mine at the moment... Must dig them out actually as I'm probably going to be selling it soon ::)
