cant beat a good cup of char :yOnly take sugar with my first cup in the morning now though, and switch to green teas then for rest of the day.Found them a bit bitter at first but am quite into them now. Even enjoy lapsong souchong (my mrs calls it bonfire tea cause it smells like old bonfires) and herbe matte. Rarely drink coffee these days. Cant beat a nice cuppa yorkshire to dunk your biscuits in either :y

Used to drink with 2 sugars, converted to no sugar about five years ago and sweet tea tastes awful to me now.

I have proper coffee first thing, tea all day, wine/cider with evening meal, tea after, tea last thing before I sleep.

Just really got into Punjana  brand tea (red/silver pack); if you haven't tried it, give it a go instead of your preferred brand-it's ace  :y

Yorkshire tea here too :y
Have around three mugs when I get up, before I do anything.
I rarely drink tea if not at home, it just doesn't taste the same, usually p*ss water is served up :-/

I did a pot of espresso the other day but my wife had already had coffee, so I had all of it in a large mug with 4 sugars before work.
I did a weeks work in the first three hours, but I am still twitching  :o

Since I'm now down to about 3 hours sleep a night on a good night), I have had to restrict my caffeine intake.  One large mug of green tea or occasionally 2 cups of very strong (proper) coffee in the morning. One mug of tea at around 6 in the evening.

Otherwise it's caffeine-free Diet Coke, Red Bush tea, cup-a-soup or water for me.   :(

No sugar, no alcohol.
