Unfortunately I'm working weekends at the moment

The joys of 4-on 4-off working

Think Tunnie's is on the list for ASAP... April perhaps :-/
I've just finished a batch of weekends, with my 3 on 3 off, sadly this weekend i am away, and towards end of March its possible i will need the boot as might have a euro road trip in the making, not sure yet :-/
April is looking much more likely, as discussed with TB, couple of days is needed first to mount the tank & filler. Then have dedicated day for front end only, as once thats apart it has to be done.
My method of work (for mine) was:
Check all components and go through Loom, marking all connections. (can be done in advance)
Fit Filler, especially if cutting a body panel! (Can also be done in advance)
Strip off bumper (for ECU mounting and ease of loom run), plenum and manifold.
Fit complete front end, including all wiring and get wiring into cabin.
Do pipe (and Cable) run from front to rear and into Boot area having already measured and marked out tank location.
Re-assemble front end and check car starts and runs OK on Petrol.
Fit tank.
Connect up and check all connections. Do internal wiring if not already done earlier.
Connect Laptop and check ECU Comms and everything else is reading out. Drive to LPG station and fill up (after checking for leaks in fill line!)
Drive home on Petrol.
Run Auto Calibration, checking for leaks.
Drive out checking Petrol map and collecting LPG map.
Tidy everything else up.
It's doable, but a lot of work
