he had to build a concrete garage with roller shutter door alarm linked to a monitoring company all just to satisfy the insurance company :o its insured for £18000+

Yep, although whilst driving two weeks ago I passed a whole line of VW camper vans, obviously going to a meet, with at least three of the split screen variety.

Based on the value of this one I reckon that convey was worth £700,000! ::) ::) :D :D :D ;)

I picked up on that, also on the carbs (or at least I think they are carbs) rather than fuel injection.
