Pretty certain I don't suffer from it, so the doctor can squeeze his own balls ;D

I think I have a pretty good pressure valve ;)

Look what you've started. All because you wont go to the docs. We're all rather stressed now.

Neither will I now.. Never occurred to me that he might "go digital". :o

A friend on here suggested I was suffering from stress yesterday when I saw him, and I always score in the danger level in stress tests  :-[

But what is stress.  I don't feel I'm 'stressed', though not entirely sure what it would feel like anyway  :-/

I would normally shrug this off, telling myself not to be such a girl, but with a history of hereditory heart issues in the family, and being a fat, unhealthy bastard, and to the fact somebody has told me I must be stressed, its kind of playing on my mind  :-/

Stress....Everyone has it to a lesser or greater degree, you need some stress in your life to make it worth living imo, but constant stress is another matter, it can be a silent killer, especially if, as you say TB, there is a history of heart problems in the family. Here is my twopennorth for what it's worth based on my own experience. Firstly, and most importantly, stop skirting around the issue by joking about it and register with a doctor. Secondly, if you don't already have a dog, I would seriously consider getting one, it will be a life changing addition to your family. You will be responsible for it's wellbeing, and in return it will be good for yours. You will need to give it (and you) regular exercise. You will need to give it a healthy, well balanced diet, and this may rub off on you which, combined with the regular exercise of walking the dog will be good for everyone concerned! Lastly, the unconditional love the dog will give you, will be the best stressbusting solution you could possibly hope for. Trust me, i'm not a doctor  ;) :y
No dogs for me - unfair on the dog, as we are at work all day, and frequently disappear unexpectedly for weekend.  At least the cat can fend for itself, and is happy to be left all day.

But I honestly dont think I suffer from it.  Certainly not enough to waste the doctor's time.  That would be hippocritical, seeing as I believe the NHS should be closed down as a failure.

Not stress but, I have been of similar opinion, till a work mate made me go to the docs, had I not then I would now be dead, and I did not even think I was poorly ::) ::) The upside is I am now a member of oof... :y :y
