I have a Navman S80, with West Europe Maps... However...

I personally won't recommend NavMan, the map on mine is at least 2 years out of date from when I bought it, the replacement map set is near £80, the womans voice is really irritating and the battery is very slow to charge, more often than not when the battery is low, the satnav keeps turning itself off when I am travelling (even when it is connected).  The traffic updates seem reasonable, but, I have known it not to reroute or warn when roads are shut...

From what I know about Tom Tom, you can get free daily map updates, so you won't be waiting around for the new updates to be released....  I am sure other members will be able to confirm...

Not exactly. Mapshare is not quite the same thing as updated maps, which cost

i've got a tom tom and it sometimes takes ages to find satellites - i've never updated tho - maybe thats the problem, but once its working its very good - simple to use, clear to read and accurate speed camera warnings - should the need arise (!)  :y

I actually took a members advice and today bought a TomTom 550 Live. Less than £200 so I am happy with that, but would have prefferred to pay a lot less.

I also said if you look back that when I went to colect the car it was being loaded onto a low loader and sold to a Ford Delaer in Bournemouth I think it was. I was right pissed off, but he (salesman) said it was sold 15 minutes earlier by another salesman with doing correct paperwork or summat like that.

I had the same thing happen to us last year @ a Vx dealer with an Astra for my Son.  >:(

BTW, the top spec Mondy is a Titanium X Sport. Sat nav isnt standard.

They have just replaced the 2.2 TDCi (173Ps), with a new 2.0 TDci (160ps), and the petrol goes down from the 5 Cyl 225 BHP to a 4 cyl 203 BHP unit.

Both having considerably improved Co2 than the outgoing engines.
