Just been past there and some big military transport herc-like aircraft was doing its' stuff.

Whatever it's following at the moment must be pretty stealthy.Either that or the cameraman has been on a tour of the hospitality tents. ::)

They are going to have to go some to beat Riat on saturday.

Battle of Britain display with 4 Hurricanes, half a dozen spitfires, a few bosch and hangers on in the air at the same time.

A synchronised display with a spitfire and a typhoon.

The vulcan

The raptor

etc etc etc

Farnborough is getting to be a purely commercial show. On the weekdays you'll see nothing but airliners and military aircraft.

There were a few interesting exhibits at the weekend last time but the display was a bit disjointed - one aircraft at a time with a beer tent sized delay in-between. ::)

Did like this bit of air cooled porn though. 8-)

What struck me was how small they are compared to the spits

They've been flying over us all day which has compounded yet another crappy day at work.  Seeing the herc do a stall turn just after take-off was fun to watch though.....
