Yes.

Also people stud at stops that don't signal it to stop.

Simple, be there on time seeing as the customer complains constantly about time keeping and signal the bus to stop if at a request stop.

I've recently been on a few journeys using trains and a bus. My first was the Maesteg. I bought my first class oneway ticket online which was about £12 and I borded the train at Crewe station then changed at Cardiff. The trains arrived and departed on time and I could have as much coffee and muffins as I could eat and I must say I enjoyed the whole trip.

The next journey was from Crewe to Milton Keynes, again ticket was first class on bought online. This time it was a straight through train and it departed and arrived on time.

The bus journey was only about 15 miles. I went to deliver a car in Warrington and got the bus back, cost about £3.15 and that was ontime as well.

Can't fault the system to be honest :)

Live in a village.  One bus an hour.  Useless.

But there's a Park and Ride 3 miles away, so I can get into town by driving up there.  5 buses an hour.  And it saves me loadsamoney, 'cos I've got a bus pass as a reward for being old.  And I don't have to pay the extortionate parking charges Ipswich Borough Council see fit to impose.

Best thing is that all the bus passengers are car drivers, so it's not the usual complement of weirdos, yoof and the great unwashed. :)

Thanks for this constructive (and praiseworthy) reply .......
Three cheers for the ATW staff (moi included!), who deliver this brilliant service say I!  ;)
ATW consistently achieves 99+% in terms of performance and reliability, plus some incredibly good value fares too.  :y

As an example locally, the Valleys network has six trains per hour between Pontypridd and Cardiff.
Journey time is just over 20 minutes, and weekly tickets offer unlimited travel between these points for just £18.80 - we've never been busier!

On Thursday last (27/08/10), the intensive ATW Valleys network achieved 100% for punctuality!
