Rightly so, he's only highlighting what the EU stand for, which is wrong and what is being forced upon us.

How ironic that he's been thrown out for speaking his mind. It stinks of hypocrisy. Whatever happened to freedom of speech in this disaster called the EU?

Which, unfortunately, will see him get absolutely nowhere in the world of politics :-?

If you listen carefully you may just be able to hear Enoch Powelll applauding from his pine overcoat!

Sometimes the only way to grab people's attention is to be tad controversial. There's more than an element of truth to what Mr Bloom said. The EU is frighteningly undemocratic and is aiming, I think, to become even more so. I have read many comments elsewhere about this and a large number are supportive.  :y

Yeah, and remember when Nigel Farage said about the EU robot "appearance of a low grade bank clerk, and the charisma of a damp rag"? And that nobody knows who he is?

That was absolutely hilarious! I was laughing my head off! It was so true aswell though!

What's wrong with this it's true and it's his opinion? The EU are trying to brainwash and control us and change the way we think.

Why fight a war when it can be done this way?

If he made that comment to a German, I can see the German being quite upset.. they're still rather sensitive about that whole bother 70 years ago.

I work with a German fella who got very upset when someone used the phrase 'grammar nazi' in an email (almost went to HR about it) - apparently using that word like that in a German company would be enough to see you fired on the spot.

Then again.. the same German fella says of the EU "Well, we tried it by force once, that didn't work out so well.. so now we're doing it quietly with politicians, and none of you have noticed yet!"

Nice to see someone with a backbone representing us in Europe, if only briefly. ;D

Something that's been sadly lacking from our government for too long.

Instead of getting offended about someone "mentioning the war" they should have a long hard think about where Europe would be now had we not fought two world wars. :(
