No Six, the cervical vertebrae lie at the top of the spine closest to the skull.

The cervix is the the bottom part of the eterus where it enters the vagina.

The 'x' is the qualifying feature.

Although cervical can refer to both. 

Although Six already knows and was hoping to raise a giggle or two. - I need to be less serious.

Cervix (latin) : the neck or pertaining to the neck.

Cervix Uteri (latin) : the neck of the uterus
