i am on such a high.

7 month headache gone. 3 injections in neck and shoulders has eliminated all back pain.  and! i can resume my job as a shopfitter now. back in 3 months for acupuncture.  being a southern softie i nearly passed out from the jabs. they were horrendously painful  ::)

back on the golf course tomorrow for me. :)

ive also packed up smoking. had 2 since tuesday and no cravings. im on the mints which are so much better than the patches. tax return is ready for april 7th and nice bit to come back.   :y

that is great news :y...i guessing your injections are the streriodal one??....i am waiting for them in my hip i have been told it hurts :'( a bit...alright a lot lol :y

was painful till he pulled it out. my whole upper body started dripping and i went white and dizzy. within 2mins all pain had gone and i was break dancing in the corridor. ;D

Foreget the gum they are  horrible things and didnt   do budder all for me but the Nicotinell lozenge extra strength do take the edge of the craving away  ( for me anyway and I havent used em for months now) Good luck with it.HTH

 Also good to see that  other people can now get an appointment at your doctors  ;) ;D ;D ;D good luck and I hope it holds out for ya too  :y :y :y
