egay and china goods

anyone bought stuff from china direct?

does the stuff always get collared at customs for added vat/duty/im having a bad day charges?

I have bought several bits of electrical items, Christmas lights and other stuff, never been a problem to be honest...... :y

Ive had stuff from all over the world.

ONly ever got stung by customs once - a dvd box set from canada

Hmmm.... I got some titles like that from Germany, hmmmm lol
But, have had a few things from China, mostly not high value, but did get some titanium bits and a123 batteries that were worth more and never have been hit with taxes, on the other hand, DHL and bits from India, how much,lol
