V6 Estate Exhaust
« on: 31 August 2011, 22:02:33 »

Spotted this on Ebay, it looks like it could possibly be a genuine exhaust judging by the clamshell design of the centre boxes.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-Omega-3-0-MV6-estate-CAT-back-exhaust-system-/120770372566?_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D5%26po%3DLVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D2457340841693025800

Might be worth investigating if you are in the market for an estate V6 exhaust.

The auction is nothing to do with me.

EDIT: Sorry should be in car chat  :-[

Had seen that but its a single exit back box.  Not sure if the genuine ones had that?

Forums really slow at the moment but no doubt someone will move this to the relevant area once the hamster is fed and watered....   :y

Is the 3.0 the same as the 3.2? Mine is as rusty as your average Soviet era Lada.

its after the quality dipped, the back box when I got a decent GM one was very "angular" that one looks just like the shit ones they started selling.

Go Eternal rather than that in my opinion  :y

I think (though not 100%) that estate back boxes have always been the oval shape. The centre boxes went to oval shape when the quality dropped.
