I discovered that having irregular or less sleep causes you to loose weight.. regardless of what you eat..

also fruit juices and sweets definitely dont help.. :(

and tonight I drink 1 litre orange juice only when eating ;D

When I did a real job, my working day used to revolve around the following intakes:

Breakie: Matoza's bakery in Aylesbury, as soon as I left the exchange, for pastie and a slice/

Elevensies:  Pack of 14 orange flavoured Jacobs Clubs

Din-dins: Depended on location, either fish and chips, or local bakeries Ior occasionally customer's roast dinners ::) - except Friday, always Friday Gourmet Lunch

Mid afternoon would present a sausage roll opportunity, maybe a slice as well.

Arrive home, and get takeaway (pre Mrs TB) or eat waht Mrs TB cooked.

9.5 stone consistently.

Sadly, I gave up proper work, but it took about 3-4 months to change my eating habits. 14.5 stone.  :-[

Sorry to hear this. :( Still, at least you have discovered it while there's time to mitigate any more serious problems. :y
