Stealers
« on: 27 October 2009, 11:28:28 »

Having recovered the new miggy from Bristol I have enquired at my local dealer for the cost of a new oil cooler with all the bits required to change it......

£250!! on TC too! :o

Is this normal or have Vx upped their prices?  I can get a performance oil cooler for 3-400......

Which stealers was that, out of interest?
I have walked out of a stealers in that area having allegedly got TC prices before and thought "Hang on!".

They refuse to set up ABS on their system and put it under someone else's account, and I'm convinced it doesn't actually give TC prices. (probably just trade)

I had no problem at all with my local dealer (Charles Warner). I've spot checked a few prices that he has given me for stuff and its come out to the penny with the parts guy on ABS.

They are schmucks when it comes to TC, give me the part numbers of everything you want and I'll phone the hang around (he works for Vx, so it's cost at that point).

go in with part number for kit - many dealers cannot work out it comes as a kit, as its unclear on epc...

that soundsl like price for all part individually.
