sorry i didnt mean to delete original post ::)
basically i passed my test this year and am happy owner of 99v 2.0 auto with 26k on clock....
only intention of using for my first year and look to spending approx 2k next year on replacement. i feel the days of granadas and omegas is over really cantthink of another big barge as good as the omega with cheap costs/parts.
i like the s-types or saabs or would you say the elite is still going strong...early days but just interested if anyone feels there is a replacement

Dont dispare, there are lots of high quality mini facelift elite's out there & they are quite cheap, I saw a 99V for £1500 with only 60k on the clock.
