Anyone with a good Knowledge of Omegas???

Is the Vauxhall Omega the UK's Version of a Holden Commodore? They look bloody similar! if you acually have some info/history ide love to hear it???

very similar, but the commodore is a little larger.

I have both, the floorpan is identical, but the bits that hang off it are longer for the Holden.

Don't suppose Holden(or any other more modern idea) subframe and suspension can be fitted to an omega?

Not listed on tc now either, 520 a pair I believe?

Would be nice if subframe and wishbones fitted... Must be more substantial than gay omega bushes surely.

I am going to go the same way Andy when I need some for either of our cars, as I am convinced that these Lemforders are the Genuine thing like people keep saying they are :-?

Local parts dept lad said that just the bushes were something like £70 to buy IIRC. So that might be another route to go down.  :-/

I dont even think the steel is the same quality either as the Genuine ones :-?
