Although that's not to say I don't fully understand and appreciate all yours and Kevins efforts to sort it on my/our behalf Paul. Thankyou most sincerely. I don't want to repay all your kind and hard work with a load of moaning, but I think we need to face it, he either can't or won't, for what ever reason.

To be fair, we nearly managed to eliminate it on yours back in March.

I'm hoping to pin him down in the next month or so and try and get it sorted (or not!) so we at least know.
