Yes, they do. Not that I've been caught by them. But being a trucker I know of several other drivers who have been caught by them. It always makes me laugh how many people do not understand the basic concept of 'average' speed check. Many a time I have seen vehicles come roaring past me only to see the camera and slam on the brakes. As soon as they pass the camera, they're off again until the next camera.

That's on 1 road with 3 pairs of cameras.
So I would say, yes, they are all working and I certainly do not risk it
