Sore knee
« on: 11 July 2007, 16:22:41 »

Oh well I am off to the doctor tomorrow, my left knee is sore, only a couple of years after I got my left ankle OK after damaging a tendon.

It makes funny noises as well!!

I hope it is something simple and not permanent.

Time for a crash diet - try to lose 4 stone!!!!

I have been expecting it for a while, I hurt it in an accident 24 years ago

Soft tissue injury they think - if it still hurts in 6 weeks go back and they will refer me.

As to weight - I am over weight and I need to lose a bit.
