Buypartsby. Stuff em!

Not sure what their problem is but why us it everytime I phone these people up there is some sort of agro. This time, they refuse to deliver unless it's to the card holders address.

Not normally a problem, except I'll be away on Hols until we go to Newent, which is where I intend to fit them if possible.

Nathan took the call, and is the manager apparently.

I KNOW they have couried stuff elsewhere in the past as Elite Pete has had a lot of grief and they have courierd his stuff to customers addresses before now after they have let him down.

What were you after?  maybe someone can help?

Yep, I said that to him, wouldn't budge. Need two front conti tech wheel barings. Just under £60 to the door.

Due to me not living at my card address at the moment they let me pay via Paypal and put a seperate delivery address ;)

I rang them this morning - click - "the person you called has hung up". Didnt even say hello. ::)
I rang back, when they answered, I hung up. ;D

I suspect they have probably been burnt by a fraud, and their credit card merchant provided told them to do one so customer service suffers as a result. :(
