Started the Tourer for the first time since finishing the cambelt job and phew! no odd noises or bits flying off so well chuffed.

3.2's aircon is broke again I think, not very cold air.  :(

Replaced the condenser and HP valve around 18 months ago, so must be another leak somewhere  :-\
LP valve was a quid well saved then ::)

Which is LP one? I changed one next to the plenum....
LP is like Schrader valve, near PAS bottle. HP is the ball type valve near PAS pulley.

Had to get my 3.2 regassed (and valves changed) last weekend. Top job done by Serek :y, though obviously he's a lot more convenient to me that you.

On the Purple Fiesta, I keep getting the 'Drivers Side Rear Door' warning coming on and the interior light comes on which is bleddy annoying!  ::)

So this afternoon I stripped down the rear door, managed to break a plastic clip, removed the locking mechanism, cleaned it, gave the contacts a squirt of WD40 and reassembled.  :y

The light still comes on....  :(  Bastard!  >:(  ;D

Gave mine a wash as it was filthy after only one week of owning it. Only down side is you can see all the scratches I hadn't noticed before ;D

Inspected both valves, some minor dots of fluid on HP cap, both made a very very slight noise when taking cap off. Suggests they were fine?

Guess have to take a specialist.

Tempted to take a run, I can see few minor dots of green dye. But it was the same before when I took it off when the condenser was the issue. HP valve was replaced with GM part around a year or so ago.

LP valve completely dry.

Point not made very well. But if removing the cap gave a hiss then the gas has passed by the valve ;)

Also add that LP valve by PAS, also made the same noise. No fluid there.

The cap is just a dust cap and not designed to seal the valve.
