Actually it as grey electrical type tape

I once chopped three of my fingers off with a woodsaw. I wanted to use sticky tape to hold them on, but wifey insisted I go and get them stitched back on properly.
Now that's worth a mention

Removed more shit off the engine.  Obviously, because they thought it was a fantastic idea to use plastic, which of course doesn't go brittle with age and heat cycles, means I need have broken bits.

Putting electricity back in it.  Leaving it unlocked for extended periods is mullering the battery.
