I went down to Bristol yesterday and put a deposit on the replacement for Morticia :)

Pick it up next Saturday, I got a Renault Grand Scenic 'Maxim' 1.9dCi 6spd, fully loaded, one owner, FSH, low miles, new MOT and 12m tax included too :)

A nice family fun bus ready for the new baby when it gets here in a few months, and our forthcoming holiday to France :)

Omega - got in it to take swmbo shopping,it wouldnt start so had to take the trusty Chavalier instead. Not a huge surprise tbh,as it hasnt been used for a few weeks which they dont like in this cold weather.
Just jumpstarted it off my spare battery and its now sat running on the drive to charge it up a bit.Might take it to work tomorrow to give it a bit of a run to get some decent charge into it.

Well if it's just the EDC it can be repaired for a lot less than a replacement pump.

I had fun in the cold changing the 1-3-5 plugs, followed by the 2-4-6 plugs and fitting a new coil pack...next off to see Dr Pepper for cambelt etc on Sunday. It's only taken me 6 months to get the car on the road  ;D
