Drove it to work safe in the knowledge that at least that sodding orange light is a thing of the past.

1/3rd of the way there.. Orange light comes on. Pedal trick shows P0420 and P0150. <scratches head>

Of course, being that the orange light has been on for the last 100K miles, it may have masked a "pre-existing condition" and it's probably a few months since I last took a look with the Tech 2. Maybe one of the pre-cat sensors has died and the 0420 is historical, from before the sensor move.

Should have taken a look with a Tech 2 before changing anything, I suppose.

P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Which was one we didn't touch or go near!  ;D

Is the LPG setup ok?

As said, could easily have been a pre-existing condition, as we didn't touch that sensor.

LPG has been tweaked reasonably recently and is working as well as they ever are! Could well be rich/lean on that bank, though, resulting in no sensor activity detected.

Will be trying it on petrol as well, though.

The 0420 code is probably just an old one that needs clearing.

IIRC, you have earlier LPG setup that seems to adjust easier and not send the trims off much, but suffers lag?

Yep, that's the one.

Light came on at the same place in my commute that the cat efficiency codes always did, but guessing there's a timeout or temperature threshold on a cold start after which it starts monitoring these things so maybe not such a surprise.

I will have a dig later and see what's what.  Will be easy enough to see if it's got a lazy pre-cat lambda. I suppose I ought to administer an italian tune-up on petrol on the way home.

Well, it had a stored P0420 and two variants of P0150. Slow response (present) and sensor circuit malfunction (not present).

Fuel trims were minimal, but it had been driven 20 miles on petrol by then.

Sensor response in the live data was perfectly OK. Both pre-cat sensors cycling fine, and the post cats going lean after a little while at a fast idle.

On LPG, the trims were a bit more wayward, up to 12-15% at times. Might benefit from a bit of a tweak of the LPG system. It also idles a bit lumpy on LPG, and has for a while. I do wonder if it's got an iffy injector, but no attempt to isolate it to a single cylinder ever sheds any light. :-\
