Got new exhaust. Realised I am 20 miles away from the majority of my tools. Put car on ramps. Looked at state of exhaust fittings, and the fact I have no oxy torch, grinder or drill with me. Put car back on ground. Had dinner.

Put some air in the tyres of the rattly M3..

Topped up the water on the Omega and stuck another dishwasher tablet in there.  Wonder if the oil will ever stop coming out.. ;D

Also googled the book time for a clutch change on the SMG-II M3 - 16 hours! :o :o One DIYer said it took him 40 hours..

Rhymes with clucking bell :o :o

I bought genuine one year or two back, still good  :y
Don't suppose you can recall how much it was (presumably just the 3 button fob case and button pad?)
The 3 button fob for alarmed cars is around £30+VAT on trade. I seem to recall the 3 button fob for non alarmed cars is more expensive.

As a warning for all, try to replace the switches before you shag the underside of the rubbers, as once they are knackered, nothing will save the rubbers, and they will start to split.

Replaced the key fob case. Again.

This one hasn't got the led showing. :(
Cheapy egay shite one? If so, do you find the rubber is too hard?

Yes, way too hard. I very nearly didn't have the strength in my fingers to snap it together either. :(
Yeah, yet to see a decent one, other than genuine, and that means buying the whole fob :(

Cocking hell. Noticed the front tyres on the front of the Bullet are as shagged as a shagged thing. Outside edge again.

Even in this weather, its still shit to a blanket.
