Oil & Filter change on a C3 Picasso, and the air filter....What idiot thought putting that behind the engine was a good idea!

Ragged the nads off the Battlebus, and refused to slow down for the roundabouts. Its tyres are not great ::)

Sold my Ford Galaxy and Mercedes CLK last week with the intention of buying a sensible economical car for me to run to work and back with enough space to do trips to cornwall in summer with 5 people and the dog (S-Max diesel?).

That was until I spotted an immaculate 2004 Range Rover L322 for sale a few miles away and now it is sat on my drive - I have always wanted one and have picked up a lovely 4.4 Vogue for a reasonable sum that I love driving, it has the "comfort" seats that are incredible and I think it is amazing.  Only snag is I already have a lovely P38 Rangie so I am currently running 2 cars that average 15mpg so the P38 will now be for sale and I will look for a sensible economical car for me to run to work and back....... here we go again lol.

Worked for a few hours on the brother's Elite DTI estate, have got to replace top injector seals due to air leak, just at the stage of taking the cam shaft out with engine fully locked up with locking kit. But have to start another 72 hour week in the morning so on hold for the next few days. Have cleaned all carbon off inlet manifold and butterfly ready for refit. :D

You cna do them without fully removing the cam, just by loosening the caps.

will have a go at that thanks :y

Just made a bracket for the fire extinguisher. 3 pieces of steel strap TIGed together, it clamps under the seat runners and places the extinguisher on the floor just in front of the seat. This does limit the seat travel by about 20mm, but even my shortarse sister doesn't have it that far forward. I'll powder coat it next time I have a batch to do.
