Why can I see this being TB in his bullet one morning going to work, I mean the driving style and speeds are similar given his  reputation. Just rust that removes the door for him  ;D

Washed and cleaned our oldish, but low mileage 2000 micra runabout in preparation for selling this week , and noticed that its time to acquire some more GM 10w40 for the omega.I usually buy it either off ebay or amazon, but its apparent scarcity on these 2 sites ?, means I`ll have to try the local vx dealer

Cleaned out all the leaves from under the bonnet by windscreen wipers to keep the drainage holes clear and the foot wells free of water.  :y :y

That's because you've black listed 90% of the manufactures that actually make RWD :)

Dealer delivered the battery today (along with some GM pads to replace the utter shit Pagid ones from ECP that I put on the bus about 3 weeks ago, some HBV's, filters, oil, coolant, trim clips etc etc) so fitted that at lunchtime...   ...which is hard work when you're knocking on deaths door.

Old battery was fitted that famous day I launched the tractor, and caught the sump plug on landing...  ...in fact the reason for the trip was to buy the battery ;D.  I reckon that was 2008, so 8yrs from a TC/Go cheapo battery I'm happy with, considering in that time, it has frequently been left for weeks at a time.

£39 + VAT for 74Ahr, delivered, hard to grumble at that :)

Oh, when I started it, the LPG beeped:

beep,beep,beep,beep...  ...beep,beep,beep,beep...  ...beep,beep,beep,beep...   ...beep,beep,beep,beep...

(Not the same as low pressure warning beep).

Any guesses?

Was really suffering CBA to walk into garage, switch on PC, and plug it in to LPG.  Whilst striking up the enthusiasm, I could see the fault.

All good now :)
