Investigated why the Omega V6 was pissing it's coolant everywhere once it came to a stop and cooled down, but was fine when driving
Couple of weeks ago, after a year stood still (100 miles between MOTs)

I decided to get her going again. So, fresh oil, new radiator to fix the leaking one, new cam cover gaskets, plus, all filters, and of course, timing belt kit, water pump, aux belt and idler wheel, plus coolant.
Don't need to buy a water pump says I, I've got one in the garage that's brand new.
Turns out the new pump was leaking through the, ahem, "grease hole". Every time the car was parked, it would slowly empty the coolant through it!
So, fitted another new water pump. Due to soaking the newly fitted cambelt in slimey antifreeze whilst taking off the pump, I put another new cambelt on too upon reassembly second time around. No hardship, another ten mins work, I already had another belt due to buying the "two kit method"
Also been playing Astras, and going far beyond what my back allows

so much pain
