Hi All,
Tried to post this in wanted but aint got enough posts yet!! :'(
Has anyone got an ariel they can sell me please?? pic attached, was on can when we went to see it but gone by collection! ariel required on attached pic!!

Not really clear in the Pic what the Aerial is, looks like an Ex Met SO16, so could have been an old 50 ohm 1/4 wave stub mount but I cant see the whip.

What you after Head Unit setup (Rear Window ?) or something to fill the hole?

Yes Chris you are correct on all counts, SO16 car with a stub ariel needed!!  the base is there, just the standard stub ariel is missing just above the middle of the rear window, i think they were fitted Y reg on??? as you can prob see it was fitted but disappeared before we picked the car up.

The Met would have used Panorama Antennas for the own RT Network or Sigma Aerials for the Airwave Network.

Might have some Sigma's lying around, if its something on the Comms side of things, what is it you trying to do exactly.

The antenna on the picture is the standard GSM phone antenna. Any of the breakers on here should be able supply one as it was on most of the saloons.
