how do i add pick to profile?

Pics need to be hosted at somehwere like Photobucket.com and then cut and paste into the IMG in user profile :y

Excellent, well done.

Now, you'll see a link (tab) above marked "User CP" (User Control Panel): click.

Then under it you'll see "Messages", "Profile" and "Posts".

Click on "Profile"

In the list that appears in the left panel, click "Edit Profile".

After confirming your password you'll see the "Save Changes" button. Click it twice so that you're on third page.

Second item down is "I have my own pic:"

Insert the URL to your car picture:

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn305/ozzie_050/media2.jpg

Then keep clicking the "Save Changes" button until you've cycled through all of the profile options.
