noob here
« on: 26 February 2008, 14:50:26 »

Hello all, I am currently working out a deal to get a 1997 Catera, and since there are so many around the streets where i live, i was hoping to come here and find some Opel or Vauxhall (sp) conversion items (grille, badging, emblems) to help me stand out in the crowd.

Cheers!
Andy

the only thing i am worried about are conversion rates and international shipping, but i would imagine it wouldnt be THAT bad since i have ordered parts from Korea and Japan before for my other rides...

Howdoo, and welcome to OOF!   :y

The parts for sale section has a number of cars being broken.  No doubt there will be something there that will tickle your fancy.  Whats more, could be exchange items.  I know some folks who desperately want cup holders for their Omega's which were not standard here but were on the Catera, I understand??

i think there are cupholders, im not 100% sure though as i havent actually gone to look at the car (they guy lives about an hour and a half away from me) but i wouldnt mind ditching cupholders for some EDM goodness! after all, i dont have them in 2 of my three other vehicles so i have grown used to using sealed containers :)

and just cause i am a bit of a picture whore, here are the vehicles in my "fleet"

1988 Ford F250 4x4, 7.3l IDI diesel, 5 speed, manual transfercase/hubs 48XXX miles

1993 Honda del Sol (CRX), custom paint...smal mods here and there (trading for Catera)
