Newbie intro
« on: 16 January 2009, 11:42:49 »

Hi All

Mainly joined to pick up on joint expertise - may be able to contribute(?)

I have a 2000 Elite 3.0 that is starting to fall apart electrically which is a pity as it's only done 70k (miles).
Sunroof moody, one wheel sensor pulses intermittent (boy does that affect a lot of systems), front tracking out, coolant leak in the 'V', coolant level sensor duff (bad combination those last two), brake pad sensors prematurely worn down (I guess they all do that unless we keep grinding the disc periphery down), climate control sometimes goes arctic, seat position store randomly gets 'lost'...
Otherwise a really nice car.
Must break off now and go and fix some of it!
Cheers :)

"Hello" and Welcome :)

Ask your tech questions in the "General Help" area, as more of "them that know" read there than here ... there is more than sufficient knowledge to sort out those few minor glitches ....  :y :y :y

Hi Chris...  My car has some electrical faults too, I've not had it long enough to have a proper poke at it yet though...
