Hi
Just bought an Omega 2.5CDX on 'T' plate.
Always loved Opel/Vauxhall but haven't owned one for a number of years.
Have had Mk 1 Opel Manta, Mk 2 Opel Manta and Vauxhall Royale Coupe (Opel Monza).
Collecting the Omega yesterday, it felt like an old friend (in the nicest way). I'm loving it. :)

Hi, welcome to the forum from another relative newbie. I too have a 2.5 CDX saloon, S-reg, mini-facelift, and I have to say that it is a very pleasant place to be. I bought the car for scrap but it was better than I expected so will live on for a while yet! Fairly economical, easy to drive, comfortable, capacious, ideal for long journeys. I too have a Monza/Royale background. To be honest my GSE is more fun and I would really prefer it for long journeys but it is much thirstier too, so the CDX is the first choice for such journeys now.
