Brazilian Fan!
« on: 12 April 2009, 10:21:13 »

Hello europeans!

Searching for informations about the gearbox of the Omega in Europe, I've found yours forum.
I'm from Brazil, where we also have a forum on Omega, in our case, the Omega A, manufactured here between 1993 and 1998, then being replaced by the Holden Omega, from Australia. We had the engines 2.0 of 116 hp (1993-1994), 2.2 of 116 hp  (1995-1998), 3.0 of 165 hp (1993-1994) and 4.1 of 168 hp (1995-1998), in models GL, GLS and CD.
The Omega A was the best car we had in the country in its time, and have even today a big number of fans.
My English is not the best but I hope I can communicate with you.
If you want to access our website and forum, the adress is www.omegaclube.com and www.omegaclube.com/forum

This is my Omega: CD 4.1, 1997, with 55,000 kilometers (34,600 miles)

Big hug for everybody!  :y

Tidy motor, in the UK that model was called a Carlton rather than an Omega.  I had a 5 Speed 2.0 CDi and a 2.0 Diplomat Auto.  Excellent cars.  :y
