Howdy doody
« on: 24 August 2009, 14:57:54 »

Hi,

Newbie here.

I be called Rob, and I have a 1998 (R) MV6 Estate (manuel) in resplendant white with a few holes here and there, and some lovely boxes in the doors for the Heckler & Koch!

It's got a BiGAS LPG conversion on it, and has now seen 220K (about 70K in my hands since 2001).

I have had to pension it off, as I do quite a lot more miles now, and had to get something considerably newer. If only GM brought the Holden Commodore over here and badged it as an Omega - I'd be happy then (with a SS no doubt!), but they didn't so I've gone and bought a Swedish Tractor. Damn front wheel drive things.

For a living, I take things like this apart, drill holes in them, put wireless stuff in them, occaisionally put nice flashing lights and noisy things on them.

When I'm not doing that, I have a couple of four legged horsepower to see to, and when I'm not doing that I revert to guzzoline power for my toys - a Vauxhall Belmont 16v, and an Pontiac Grand Prix. (The Belmont has 700bhp of Chevy V8, RWD, and is a touch mad!, the Pontiac is an ASCAR - which I used to race at Rockingham, Northants).

There, now you know a little bit about me and my Omega.

Rob.
