"Hello" and welcome :)

To turn TC off .. press the TC button .. the TC light will come on and remain on to indicate it is inoperative.

It will revert to its default of working if you turn the ignition off.

If it has TC it has a TC switch .. might just be in a different place to that piccie ....

You say the TC is cutting in .. I take it the TC light flashes at you and the engine "bogs down" a tad ??

Hi Dan, welcome to the forum.
The TC switch on my mini facelift is on the row where the hazard switch is as you said, above the radio.
