Old vauxhall fanatic, new car
« on: 04 August 2010, 18:25:50 »

Hello all.
My name's Gregg, from Leeds, in Wet Yorkshire.
I'm self-employed and own a couple of 2nd hand bookshops.
First car I ever owned was a 2l Carlton (MK2), which I owned for a couple of years.
I then moved on to a Carlton Diamond 24V which got written-off in 2004.
Since then, I've owned a couple of omegas, leaving the fold to run (several) diesel mondeos, (mainly cos they were VERY cheap) whilst building up my business,
and for the last couple of years, just been driving an ancient unkillable rust-bucket of a transit.

Business has finally improved to the point where I can afford to run a private car, as well as the van so I bought this:
http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1265149842.
Which I believe is known to a few members of the forum.

needs some work doing - starting with the ABS ecu  :-/

Hi Greg, that's my old car.
Any questions feel free to ask.
I have hundreds of photos of it, from the first day i bought it, when it turned up on the back of a lorry, to the day it went  :'(
