The ICV's are not really servicable but can be cleaned, doesn't last long though best to replace. The wishbones, change both and whilst your there might as well change the anti roll bar drop links as well. You could also change the idler arm but only if needs changing. Also check the crankcase breather which is located on the right side of the engine at the back, and check to see if this is clear, if not it will need it, these tend to get clogged up and when they do you think the piston rings have gone as you will see blue smoke coming from the exhaust. As for the jurking have you cleaned the throttle body out with carb cleaner? Fuel filter been changed? check all this then try again might feel abit better and a bit more smooth acceleration too.

The breather into the inlet manifold is pretty critical as is cleaning the flame trap on the breather onto the crankcase.

Also the holes can gunge on the cam cover, the pipes can also collapse.

Finally clean the ICV,

I dont have the flametrap thingy on mine, done the breathers, one was collapsed and squishy, so replaced it. Have not done the ICV though, i was told they are not servicable, as you can never get all the cr@p out, and they stick afterwards. Is this true??

They will clean - just spray them with gunk or similar, worked on my old 2.0
