The Weather......
« on: 09 October 2007, 13:12:42 »

Where I will be this time tomorrow, actual figures taken from last 24 hours...

Mean Temperature 76 °F / 24 °C  -
Max Temperature 80 °F / 27 °C  78 °F / 26 °C  - ()
Min Temperature 71 °F / 22 °C

So that minimum temperature was recorded somewhere in the wee small hours....

Not sure how i am going to cope with all that sun and sea and lack of internet connection.....

Still may have a beer or two  [smiley=beer.gif] [smiley=beer.gif] to keep my mood from dipping  :D

Dont work too hard and see every one in ten days or so  :D

It has a lot of sub tropical plants.

Seen load of sub tropicals near St Austell

There are a few gardens full of unusual plants. Here are a few links!

Thats the English Riveria (Devon, around Torquay).

I've been to 'Vauxhall Ventura' a couple of times, nothing there. But that was nearly 25yrs ago, I bet its changed!

Loads of palm trees all over Cornwall. My daughter was asking, at the weekend, why there are palm trees in Cornwall? The only answer you can give to that is..........

.........because there are!!!!  :)

Actually, we very rarely get a frost which is, I guess, why they thrive down here. :-/

This picture is about 20 minutes from where I live.  8-)
