a couple of things, and i am not an expert on here, heater by pass valve  (hbv) under the scuttle at the back of the engine. 35 from vox dealer, or more seriously oil cooler cover is leaking search both they are well covered on here. Fill it back up and try to see where it coming from perhaps. Try to look from the top of engine rather than from under the car as the engine sits at an angle and all liquid seems to run down the back of the gear box area so that wont help probably. Maybe check hbv first if thats not leaking then prob Oil cooler, its is right in the middle of the v under a cover beneath the plenum and inlets so you may if you stick a torch in, be able to see water in there, it should be dry in there, also water pump in same area and that can leak as well. Check easiest stuff first like pipes and rad obviously. Hope helps.

typical oil cooler failure is oil in the header tank so my money is on the HBV

Hbv sounds favourite but, if it's been sitting for a good while, check out all the hoses first.

Locate the HBV and put some screwed newspaper /kitchen roll around and behind it you can get it in I managed it, then either go for run or just leave engine running then if its wet you know there's a leak back there, if its bone dry start looking elsewhere for water leaks hoses etc

In no particular order.....

Skuttle drain is overflowing into the front footwell and leaking out the floor pan onto the ground.

Aircon condensate is dripping onto the ground.

Water/condensate is dripping from a hole in the exhaust centre sections.

Favourite (as you are also loosing coolant) is the heater bypass valve.  See if it still leaks when you change the position of the heater controls.  Normally only leaks when heat is on or off, not both (but not unknown)

If its still water in the header and not liquified caramac then unlikely to be the oil cooler....

Check the water hose clips throughout the system incase one has rusted through (old wire types especially) as you may now have one leaking.....    :y
