 :)Good on you. I know that feeling although it was an inheritance from my Grandmother so good & bad.
     Blew some of it but paid off debts to qualify for a mortgage, best move i ever made.
       There will be more in a few years but that's too awful to imagine, (parents) But as you said "what goes around comes around" i now have a property to leave my son when i "pop off".
