heatin fan staying on max

i have just got a Omega v6 and have a couple of things that need sorting out, the first is the heating fan has just decided to stick on even with the ignition off, i am having to remove the fuse, also the drivers seat electics dont work, when the buttons are pushed it just clicks! can anybody help?

could be the fan speed controller under dash at passenger side ! have a good spare here if you need one ! :y

is there a way i can test it? what does it look like so i can locate it, does it come out easily? sorry-questions questions questions!

dont think so ! get your head in passengers footwell and its to right of main fan ! sometimes ! no worries  :y

And its normaly destroyed by water getting in the duct from a blocked scuttle drain under the bonnet so clean that out to!

as soon as it is light tomorrow-i will check it out! how much for a replacement posted to Buckinghamshire if needed? also any tips on why drivers seat electics dont work and just click when buttons are pushed?

i'll check for the £1 coin lol, it doesnt recline go up-down etc - i assume its the contorl box under the seat or a relay or something!

Sometimes the seat sieze up due to lack of use (most people set and forget)...bouncing often frees the motors off again
